- Responsible for offering friendly and efficient services to all guests
- Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
- Assists in setup and clear down of the TWG Tea Salon and Boutique operations
- Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies
- Handling of cash, POS system and reports
- Generate sales through Relationship Selling

Requirements

- Responsible for washing of kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and all other general cleaning duties within the kitchen
- To ensure the dishwashing area is kept clean and to the hygiene standards of the company's Health & Safety Standards

- Communicate with Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with any equipment issues and/or products needing to be ordered
- Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team
- Take daily temp logs and hot/cold logs following haccp regulations
- Knowledge of activities in other departments and implications
- Ensure compliance with Food Safe regulations and Health and Safety Standards
