F&B/Retail Associate

Job Description

• Responsible for offering friendly and efficient services to all guests
• Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
• Assists in setup and clear down of the TWG Tea Salon and Boutique operations 
• Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies
• Handling of cash, POS system and reports
• Generate sales through Relationship Selling

• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities

Requirements

• Take daily temp logs and hot/cold logs following haccp regulations
• Knowledge of activities in other departments and implications 
• Ensure compliance with Food Safe regulations and Health and Safety Standards
