Customer Service Manager

Job Description

Oversee our customer service team
Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
Interact with customers, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service
On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skill set
Create and implement an effective customer loyalty program
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Manage staff and assign duties

Requirements

A university degree in business administration or other field related is required
Experience in customer service and supervisory is usually required
Customer service orientation
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring

Job Description

Builds, develops and maintains strong client relationships through proactive and consistent communication that ensures project delivery and results are meeting expectations for being on time, and on budget
Proactively develops client relationships through early and regular phone check-ins, lunches, social events and connecting at various business events
Identifies share of wallet opportunities to grow existing client revenue through strategic marketing
Ensures successful strategic direction and alignment of brand messaging on all client deliverables
Actively pursues ongoing education of clients’ industries and markets for strategic insights and trends that may impact their marketing success
Supports business development function through active participation in sales meetings as required, creating presentations, scope of work, writing proposal details,
Actively networks within the marketing field, BC food and beverage industry, and manages new contacts
Reviews creative briefs for to ensure brand consistency and strategic direction

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Suggested minimum of 5 years' experience in brand marketing
Knowledge with tea culture and give guidance to editorial and design team
Excellent research, communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Energetic, detail oriented, and organized, with strong time management skills
Excellent with the development of brand and integrated campaign strategic plans and recommendations.
Brief brand service and inspire solutions.
Generate brand-building ideas and strategies.
Review work and recommendations to ensure strategic accuracy.
Build strong relationships with senior level client contacts
Provide strategic support in new business

F&B/Retail Associate

Job Description

Responsible for offering friendly and efficient services to all guests
Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
Assists in setup and clear down of the TWG Tea Salon and Boutique operations
Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies
Handling of cash, POS system and reports
Generate sales through Relationship Selling
Maintain a high level of customer service
Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times

Requirements

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Fine Dining and/or Luxury Retail

Job Description

Responsible for washing of kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and all other general cleaning duties within the kitchen
To ensure the dishwashing area is kept clean and to the hygiene standards of the company's Health & Safety Standards

Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
Communicate with Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with any equipment issues and/or products needing to be ordered
