TWG Tea celebrates the season of love with an artfully curated Valentine’s Day menu, set to enchant and delight the taste buds.  Charm the love of your life with a magical sparkling white wine cocktail infused with Bains de Roses, a beckoning blend of the finest harvest green tea that yields a garland of alluring notes of succulent pineapple and wild strawberry crowned with a scattering of petals. For a captivating meal, indulge in a seafood affair with the pan-seared Boston lobster and Hokkaido scallops served with a sea urchin emulsion, sprinkled with Gyokuro Samurai tea leaves and accompanied by squid ink emperor rice, wasabi glazed leeks and pickled beetroot. Round off an enchanting evening with an endearing heart shaped pavlova, served with a strawberry coulis and fresh berries accompanied by a warm pot of Mon Amour Tea, a tender marriage of fragrance and flavours.   The TWG Tea Valentine’s Day full set menu is priced at $58 per person and is available  1-14 February 2018 at the TWG Tea Salon on West Georgia.
